One Van Dam

This 90,000 SF tower houses 25 luxury condominiums ranging from one to five bedrooms and a commercial retail space on the ground floor. The building, co-developed by Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners, soars 14 stories above Soho, one of Manhattan’s hippest neighborhoods. The limestone and glass curtain wall creates a very unique façade that blends in perfectly with the trendy Soho neighborhood.

SECODA’s role in this project was as owner’s representative working with Architect BKSK and construction manager Triton Construction.
