Developed by Edward Minskoff and designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, this mixed-use development consists of a thirty-five-story above ground, 227-unit luxury condominium tower, 163 rental units, and ground floor retail fit out for Whole Foods and Barnes and Noble.
SECODA was retained by HRH Construction to manage and oversee all interior finishes for both condo and rental units as well as the façade design and fabrication of the award winning amenities complex. Our responsibilities included field management, design intent review, budgets, purchasing, contract administration, installation review, punch-list and requisition management.
