SECODA will meet with you and your engineer to check plans and specifications from the design document (DD) phase to the construction document (CD) phase to make sure that your plans are constructible within your budget. We offer value engineering possibilities for your consideration and show areas that need more information to assure quality bidding and, ultimately, quality construction results.
We work diligently with your construction manager and their teams to make sure that your drawings are properly coordinated among all the mechanical trades, and will audit for compliance with architectural, structural, and design documents.
