Tempo 300 is a $48 million, 130,000 SF, twenty-story core and shell luxury condominium project developed by Menolly Development of Dublin, Ireland. This was Menolly’s first project in Manhattan and the United States, and they sought out SECODA to help guide them through the construction process in New York City.
SECODA served as a consultant and owner’s representative to Menolly with responsibilities including, but not limited to, trade selection, contract review and negotiation, budget analysis, schedule review, and requisition management.
